Makes the weather EX sunny if the remaining MP is three when this move is selected. Lowers the target’s Defense and Sp. Def by three stat ranks if the remaining MP is two when this move is selected. Applies the Enduring effect to all allied sync pairs if the remaining MP is one when this move is selected.
